Gutter Helmet is a multi-patented closed gutter protection system that installs over your existing full-size gutters, protecting your home from the destructive and damaging effects of rainwater. The owners of the Mid-Atlantic dealership came to us in late 2010 to launch a blog for their website and help them capitalize on the blog to drive viral marketing for their site.
The blog was established as a place for people to come to learn about caring for their gutters, the various gutter protection options, and how to best protect gutters through the varying weather conditions in the area. Captico built the blog in WordPress in a design that was consistent with the rest of the harryhelmet site. We incorporate useful plug ins such as All in One SEO, Socialite, WP Minify, and YouTube.
Captico then launched a social media marketing strategy for the dealership, training the staff on how to incorporate social media into their day to day workflow, how to encourage visitors to become fans, and how to communicate with their social media audience on a regular basis to drive awareness and increased revenue.
